如果很不幸的，先裝了PowerAction才發現PowerCLI沒裝，或是不小心移除了PowerCLI，
只要重新安裝PowerCLI之後，將PowerAction重新啟動就可以了。
啟動方式-->Control Panel-->System & Security-->Administrative tools-->Service
找到PowerActions for vsphere Web client，restart之後即可
